Job Responsibilities: To supervise overall production processes & ensure product quality by implementing corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis. Ensure the quality and quantity of the finished product during delivery. To help and motivate the manufacturing staff to achieve goals through proper monitoring and guidelines. Keep records of all the quality parameters during new sample development. Responsible for ensuring the incoming Raw Materials, Packaging Materials; Painting Materials, etc. are meeting the quality standard. Counseling employees on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers. Identify and remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications. Write reports to document deficiencies & errors in products. Prepare various reports and inform the authorities from time to time. Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor/ Diploma in any subject.
Experience: At least 3 years (s)
Additional Activities: Ages 20 to 40 years Only males are allowed to apply Experienced in the production line of WPC or Plastic door & boards Industry, Furniture Manufacturer Company. Analytical abilities, creativity, and innovative ideas. Sound knowledge of Computers is a must & able to correspond via e-mail. Knowledge of printing quality of wood items.
