Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Achieving business recruitment goals through effective planning and appropriate goal setting. Lead sales team; Follow up with them on business development and training. Regular visits to assigned areas of responsibility to ensure training and regular business operations. Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force to achieve goals. Meet weekly/fortnightly with team members one-on-one to review performance, progress, and goals. Creating a new customer base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods. Maintain relevant internal communications to optimize business growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with cross-functional teams across business lines to support achievement. Reporting regularly to the Head of Personal Life and Management as required.
